RAMANAM
In the Name of The Father, and of The Son and of The Holy Spirit, Amen.
Countrymen,
ORBIS NON SUFFICIT
SOLUS DEUS SUFFICIT
As an initial, somewhat inchoate expression of thoughts I am having regarding the expected news of the day, and with edits here, I wrote the following today at Power Line, to a post by Paul Mirengoff:
I don’t quite know how to express it content-substantially, but I have a feeling this deal is about commerce and globalism, not national sovereignties, securities, etc. It’s about totalistic financial and commercial interactions its motivating families and their regimes do not want exposed to view and scrutiny. The question pounds on my mind, who — family head(s) –has power to push the financial, religious and political aspects of this deal, all three at once? Who bridges those realms? Also, who has not raised a peep of objection? No bank has, no weapons manufacturer has, no insurance company has, no retailer has, no schools, and none of the very few families whose regimes’ hands are on the mechanisms of government here and abroad.
OK, so the governments (ruling families and their regimes) of Iran, Cuba — and, one surmises, soon enough Venezuela, North Korea, Viet Nam, Ecuador, Bolivia — are to be deemed honored, participating members of the community of nations, US taxpayers — mostly future ones — paying the price of those governments’ (ruling families’ regimes) vagaries and threats. Maybe that is why the flood of illegals into the USA is needed, to provide tax money to bribe other terrifying, hegemonic governments (ruling families and their regimes) to play nice. The expedient of simply eliminating those governments (ruling families and their regimes) is off the table, as the heads of those ruling families and their regimes say.
So the pieces of the picture fitted together during two centuries of American moral, material, economic and political expansion are thrown in the air and their tails cut off so as to make them un-placeable, the picture incapable of re-assembly. Instead of American inspiration and leadership — and for the good and peace of the world, of course — we are to have interlocking criminal organizations leeching globally the wealth, sanity and spirit of cultures and nation-states.
There is some good in that. The earlier picture was in uneasy stasis due to American vacillation regarding continued expansion. Self-doubt is the ultimate destruction. So I understand the impulse to make the picture un-re-makeable — morally, religiously, diplomatically, militarily, financially and politically an evil impulse, but understandable. And in any case the picture now certainly is beyond re-assembly. And probably should be, given that self-doubt overwhelmed its creator.
Actually, those families, and the regimes through which they manipulate, lost their nerve and call that a virtue. Fine. They blame America. Fine. Whatever. Their recompense arrives soon enough. Now, what of the facts on the ground(s) and the nature and uses of power? What does American self-confidence commend these days? I think ruminating upon and batting around answers to those and related questions produces liberties those very stupid, narcissistic and very violent families and their violent, very amoral regimes do not expect and cannot escape: very fresh and colorful pictures of inter-*national* order and quiet.
Following up with the foregoing, and with edits here, I commented today on a post by John Hinderaker at Power Line:
That language, world community, again. It is not merely a turn of phrase. It is a geo-political aspiration if not even, in the minds, at least, of its proponents, a fait accompli. It is meant as the successor concept to that of national sovereignty, and its proponents are very, very serious about making it stick.
This deal is an EU-Iran-Germany-Russia show.
USA, China, Great Britain and France are sucking hind tit.
In the picture of the negotiators (sans Lavrov) standing before their flags (symbols of national sovereignty!) in Vienna, I saw capo regimes of heads of crime families who consider themselves, personally and through their regimes, the world community. In that picture I saw gangsters … well, gangster deputies of gangsters heads. And I thought to myself, how strange, that word is the descriptor Commies use for everyone else; so, Commies have something there. And I chuckled.
This deal is an EU-Iran-Germany-Russia show.
USA, China, Great Britain and France are sucking hind tit.
Anyhow, I think this talk about world/global community is cover for crime organizations, comprising public and private families, interlocking electronically and physically to fleece everyone else — and sometimes each other.
The hugely dramatic resurgence in Iranian national confidence and the corresponding further deflation of American national self-esteem consequent upon the consummation of this deal reinforces my certainty that nationalism is and will remain of primal importance no matter how cleverly crime families and their regimes mask their depredations as a new stage of biological evolution, the world community. To herd their sheep towards the fleecing floor, even the interlocking crime families wave their national flags, for a spell … whilst laughing in private at what to them is a now-obsolete geo-political concept merely.
I listened briefly to The Fraud responding to the CBS White House Correspondent and I thought, “You ignoble, cunning sack of shit.” (The Fraud) and “You coward, you defeated fool.” (the Correspondent).
The nation-state was created by citizens high and low to protect themselves from, on the one hand, monarchy and, on the other hand, criminal gangs. To the notion and claim that monarchy or criminal gangs — who eventually fight each other for supremacy and conjure jingoism to raise armies for the purpose — on a globe-wide platform supersede, by ineluctable biological evolution, the nation-state and its raison d’etre, one can say with confidence, therefore, “Go ahead, give it a whirl. μολὼν λαβέ.” People created nation-states to protect themselves from notions and claims of singular, unrestricted universal authority. Heads of crime families relishing such notions and making such claims are finding, gradually, that they cannot make their authority permanent because they depend on unnatural, finite logistics, like slavery, whereas, nation-states can and do make their authority permanent because their logistics self-replenish, like an artesian spring, from the depths of human nature, the Spirit of God, Who does not evolve, Who is complete out of the basket.
Back again today — 17JUL15 — to Paul Mirengoff at Power Line. He wrote, in a manner rivaling mine for il-lucidity:
We could not, without fighting some sort of war, have prevented Iran from going nuclear and prevented it from vastly enriching itself through the lifting of sanctions, so as to tip the Iran-Sunni clash clearly in favor of the mullahs.
With edits here, I commented:
There is no basis for any part of that assertion, not in fact, not in theory. And certainly not in law, which always distills to leader and citizen will. If you were an experienced, knowledgeable and forthright military professional you might be able to decide whether that assertion, to include any part thereof, is justified. You would run it past a trustworthy J2 staff, and you would tell the lawyers to bug out. Then you could offer civilian authority advice on what’s up, to include an integrated grand national strategic goal, and what to do about it.
You think Iran — and Russia — are big deals, giants. They are ants. Saud is a worm. Stupider, slower and lazier than that even. ISIS could be crushed in a few weeks, maybe days. Do not fear words, or take them as important. Do not be impressed by rich clothes, flashy women, ranks of retainers, bright stones, ponderous titles, privileged accesses, mountains of money, smitten rhetoric. Just look at a country’s (1) ability to support itself with the necessities of life, to include especially its ability to maintain independence, and (2) assiduity in pursuit thereof.
It is common to assert that Americans are tired of war. That is gross error of judgement and wishful thinking. Americans are tired of not winning wars into which they are thrown. Big difference, crystalized more and more by every new murder such as yesterday’s.
I am less interested in Iran and Russia, etc., than in our administrators’ zeal to replace American independence with American dependence on the EU, which is to say, on the swarming masses of Arab/Pan-African Imperialism.

Update 17: A side-point on this post: is it really true that Iran is the world’s largest state sponsor of terrorism, aka global Islamic hegemony by every means available? This statement is repeated again and again, seemingly everywhere, by everyone. Is it true? I do not know, but I suspect it is not true, and have no way to validate my suspicion.
I suspect al Saud is the world’s largest state sponsor of global Islamic hegemony (Caliphism), at least if large is taken to indicate monies spent and time-in-grade.
For example, who pays for the Islamic Centers, Islamic propaganda/information circulars/curricula and Islamic Studies Departments at … how many primary and secondary schools, colleges and universities around the globe? Who pays for the Islamic “prison ministries” in virtually every country not officially Islamic? Who pays for the madrassas in Pakistan, Afghanistan and elsewhere? Who is trying to bankrupt some countries while funding others as well as supposedly non-state actors?
Who fills the world’s media with continuous cascades of sanctimonious double-talk to justify global Islamic hegemony?
If my suspicion regarding the world’s largest sponsor of “terrorism” is correct, then a one-eyed laser-focus on Iran as the primary enemy of the USA in the ME flouts Von Clausewitz’ first rule of war, does it not?
Finally — and of this I am certain: in the ME, it is deeply and widely held as fundamental truth that the State of Israel birthed ISIS — which in the ME is deeply and widely hated by the generality — to cripple Arab freedom, independence and self-determination.

———
Today I had to go The Mall. As I approached the entrance, I noticed a driver looking for a parking space.
I flagged the driver and pointed out a handicap parking space that was open and available.
The driver looked puzzled, rolled down her window and said, “I’m not handicapped!”
Well, as you can imagine, my face was red!
“Oh, I’m sorry,” I said. “I saw your Hillary bumper sticker, and I just assumed that you suffered from some sort of mental disorder.”
She gave me the finger and screamed some nasty names at me. Boy…. Some people don’t appreciate it when you’re just trying to help them out?

A man was telling his buddy over coffee, “You won’t believe what happened last night. My daughter walked into the living room and said, ‘Dad, do not pay off my college tuition loan, cancel my allowance, throw away all my clothes and take my iPhone and laptop. In addition, please take all of my jewelry to Salvation Army. Then, sell my car, take my front door key away from me and lock me out of your house. Then, disown me and never talk to me again. And don’t forget to write me out of your will and leave my share to anyone you choose’.”
“Holy Smokes”, replied the friend, “She actually said that?”
The father replied, “Well, she didn’t actually put it quite like that. I’m paraphrasing a little. What she actually said was: ‘Dad, meet my new boyfriend, Mohammed. We’re going to work together on Hillary’s 2016 election campaign.'”
